It should come as no surprise, but NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 8:40 a.m., we have a current temperature of 79 degrees. The sun is already out and shining brightly this morning. It appears as though it is going to be hot yet again today...getting up into the mid-90's again today. We have received NO rain thus far today.

Another Monday...The End of Another Weekend & Start Of Another Week!
Yesterday and overnight, NO rain. This morning as of 11:15 a.m., we already have a current temperature of 93 degrees! It is going to be another hot Texas summer day. Looks like we'll have no relief this afternoon as it is only suppose to get hotter with this bright shining sun. We have received NO rain thus far today.

We are expecting another nice day at the park today complete with sunny skies and warm temperatures. We have received NO rain thus far today. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hello Weekend On This Beautiful Friday Morning!
Yesterday and overnight, NO rain. This morning as of 9:35 a.m., we have a current temperature of 78 degrees. We have received NO rain thus far today. It is already bright and sunny out this morning. We are expecting a very nice day with temperatures in the low 80’s today. With an awesome weekend forecast on the horizon, without further hesitation, we’re ready to get this weekend started!

Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) Another dry week for the most part in the Red River Valley. While we did get a little moisture this week, it is long gone by now. Expect dust and don’t plan on seeing any mud puddles out on any of RRMT, Inc.'s trails.
RED RIVER
With another dry summer…the Red River is for the most part receding. Since the river has receded, the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek is becoming non-existent...but regardless, still be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand in the creek that still lurk and can sink your bike if not careful. The only place where mud/quicksand will possibly be an issue is in the creek and NOT on trails.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level and the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River is non-existent. Thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.
With an exceptionally nice weekend on the horizon (temperatures expected in the high 80’s to low 90’s), the best way to spend this weekend is being outdoors….so load up the bikes, the family, the grill, and the camping gear and head on out to RRMT, Inc.!
And if you don't plan on venturing out to Bulcher this weekend, but rather you are already making your 4th of July plans....since the holiday falls on a Friday, making a long weekend for everyone, RRMT, Inc. will observe the holiday and be OPEN to the public on the following days: Thursday, July 3; Friday, July 4; Saturday, July 5; and Sunday, July 6. All other riding/camping by appointment only.

Getting A Little Closer To The Weekend...
Overnight we received 2 tenths of rain. This morning as of 11 a.m. we have a current temperature of 78 degrees. We have received NO rain thus far today. It is cloudy and overcast yet again today, but the sun is trying to make its way out. Should be a very nice day for riding especially with the moisture received overnight....making the trails PERFECT!

Another Wednesday...Half Way Thru Another Week Already!
Yesterday and overnight...we received not quite 1/2 inch of rain. Our dry soil soaked it right up making riding today a delight! This morning as of 9:40 a.m., we have a current temperature of 77 degrees. It is humid out this morning as well as cloudy and overcast. However, the sun is trying to break thru the clouds. We have received NO rain thus far today. We are expecting another nice day here in the Red River Valley...temperatures a little cooler again today...only getting into the mid-80's today.

It is cloudy and overcast this morning with blue skies that suggest we might get some rain today, but we'll just have to wait and see. We have received NO rain thus far today. Today it appears that we are going to get some much needed relief from the hot Texas weather...with temperatures only getting into the mid-80's today.

Hope everyone's week by now is off to a great start. We received NO rain on Sunday, but yesterday (Monday), we received 1/2 inch of rain which was really nice...was much needed and absorbed quickly by our dry soil. We received NO rain overnight and have received NO rain thus far today. We have a current temperature this morning of 77 degrees, a much cooler June morning than usual which has been nice for a change. Additionally, making for a cooler morning...we have NO sun today as it is cloudy and overcast and we're only expecting temperatures to get into the mid-80's by afternoon.

Yesterday turned out to be a really pleasant day...great weather & NO rain. NO rain overnight either. Currently this morning as of 8:40 a.m., we have cloudy skies, but the sun is already trying to make its way out...so it appears as though it will just be a matter of time, before we're enjoying sunny conditions today. At the moment, we have a current temperature of 79 degrees. We are looking to get up again to 90 degrees today, but we'll just have to wait and see. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Greetings!
NO rain yesterday or overnight. Currently this morning as of 8:40 a.m., we have clear sunny skies with a current temperature of 78 degrees. We are expecting temperatures to get up again close to 90 degrees. We have received NO rain thus far today. Today is the perfect start to another fabulous Texas Weekend!

Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) It's been a very hot, dusty, & dry week in Bulcher. Thus, dust is to be anticipated and you won't be finding any mud puddles out on any trails anytime soon.
RED RIVER
While the Red River is bank to bank in some areas, sandbars have now made their debuts. Since the river has receded, the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek is becoming non-existent...but regardless, still be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand that still lurks and can sink your bike if not careful. The only place where mud/quicksand will possibly be an issue is in the creek and NOT on trails.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level and the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River is non-existent. Thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.
The weekend forecast looks awesome & while it may be a little on the warm side (temperature wise), we've got plenty of creeks and water to make riding this weekend lots of fun! Hope everyone's weekend is fantastic!

Happy Thursday!
Again, the same 'ole story the last couple of days...very hot and NO rain. Currently this Thursday afternoon as of 1:30 p.m. we have clear, sunny skies and extremely windy conditions. In fact, the wind is beyond believable! We're all about to get blown away up here. A break from the severe wind would be nice, but who knows when that will happen. We have a current temperature of 91 degrees. We have received NO rain thus far today.

TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hello Weekend...Bulcher, Texas!
Yesterday turned out to be such a nice day that we were out and about at the park enjoying the nice weather...so we apologize that our blog went on vacation yesterday, but we're back this morning. Thus, yesterday was a perfect start to a fabulous weekend...NO rain. NO rain overnight either.
Currently this morning as of 8:45 a.m., we have clear, bright sunny skies already this morning and a temperature of 75 degrees. Riding should be excellent today and this weekend as we expect temperatures to top out at about 90 degrees by the afternoon. We have received NO rain thus far today. Without further hesitation....we're kicking off the weekend and here's your comprehensive weekend outlook report.

We received approximately 2 inches of rain on Tuesday, but by now...that is long gone as our dry soil soaked it up fast. Nevertheless, for the most part our trails are dry and dust is to be expected.

We are expecting that to burn off and the sun to come out later this afternoon as we expect temperatures to get into the high 80's, low 90's today. We have received NO rain thus far today.
Tomorrow is another Friday as we all get ready to kick off another weekend!

After posting our blog yesterday, the weather seemed to clear off. The sun eventually came out and the afternoon turned out quite enjoyable. We received NO additional rain yesterday or overnight. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hope Everyone Had A Wonderful Memorial Day Holiday.
NO rain Sunday or yesterday (Monday). Nice weather throughout the weekend was enjoyed by all. Today, Tuesday; however, has been a different story. Thunderstorms rolled into the Red River Valley Area early this morning and are still lingering. We have a current temperature as of 12:50 p.m. of 70 degrees. We have received a little over 2 inches of rain this morning. It is currently not raining here, but we have cloudy overcast skies and it is just pretty much a dreary day here at RRMT, Inc.
