Good Afternoon!

Overnight NO rain. Currently this afternoon as of 12:30 p.m., we have clear, sunny skies, and temperatures in the high 40's. A cold February day with NO rain thus far today. Luckily we're in store for a warm-up beginning tomorrow which is just in time for the weekend.
