Quick Reminders

Please note that 2009 RRMT, Inc. Memberships are on sale! Feel free to mail in your application for 2009 to our park office or just bring it to the park office on your next trip to RRMT, Inc. Also, 2008 members wanting to renew already for 2009 may do so at anytime. They too may mail in their renewal applications or bring their renewal information to the park office upon their next visit.

Reminder...if you are a 2008 member that has not renewed for 2009 yet, you will be required to renew on your next visit if you are wanting to still be in the member program and take advantage of member price rates and benefits. Otherwise, if you are a 2008 member and choose not to renew (which is fine), you will be required to pay visitor prices on each of your visits to RRMT, Inc. until you renew again.


Existing RRMT, Inc. 2008 Members

Renewal notices were mailed to all RRMT, Inc. members at the end of last year (2008) during the week of November 3, 2008. As of November 3, registration is open for RRMT, Inc.’s existing 2008 members wanting to renew for 2009. Existing members may renew their memberships at the park office or may mail their information in. Regardless, in order to expedite your renewal, (whether you will be renewing at the park office or via mail), you must use the renewal application that was sent to you (or re-print another renewal form from our website). This renewal application already has your information on it as well as your member id which will help us when renewing your membership.

Four Reminders For Current 2008 Members...

1. ** Please note that those members with current outstanding RRMT, Inc. account balances will not be able to renew their memberships until their accounts are settled with the park office. You will be notified in your renewal packet if you are one of these individuals. If you do have an outstanding balance and have any questions, please feel free to call or email us. We are happy to explain your account to you. **

2. ** Members' Membership Renewal Packets were mailed to the address that RRMT, Inc. has on file for that member. If you have recently moved and not notified RRMT, Inc. of your new address, you may have not received your packet. It is your responsibility to notify RRMT, Inc. of any changes with your account. **

3. ** If you are a current 2008 member and are wanting to renew your membership as well as add another family member...please do so on your renewal application. You may go ahead and join your new family member with your renewal. As a convenience to members, we are accepting any new members that you are wanting to add to your account and will go ahead and process those new individuals with your account.**

4. ** Have questions about joining/renewing your children (age 10-17) as Rangers or Adventurers (age 18 and over) for the 2009 Membership Year? Let us help clarify your questions. Even though current members may renew early for the 2009 year, the age of your children for membership purposes will be the age that they will be as of January 1, 2009 if you renew early. If you don't renew early (and thus renew January 2nd or thereafter), the age that you will need to go by for your children will be the age they are ON THE DAY YOU RENEW/JOIN. **

Non-Members Wanting To Become RRMT, Inc. Members in 2009

RRMT, Inc. 2009 Memberships are on sale at the park office! Your membership benefits will start immediately and will be valid until December 31, 2009!

One Reminder For Individuals Wishing To Become Members...

1. ** Have questions about joining your children (age 10-17) as Rangers or Adventurers (age 18 and over) for the 2009 Membership Year? Let us help clarify your questions. Even though non-members may join as early as December 6, 2008 for the 2009 year, the age of your children for membership purposes will be the age that they will be as of January 1, 2009 if you join early. If you don't join early (and thus join January 2nd or thereafter), the age that you will need to go by for your children will be the age they are ON THE DAY YOU JOIN. **

Lone Star Excursion - $100.00 (Valid for 2 Adults)

Ranger - $25.00 (Valid for 1 Minor Child, 10 to 17 years of age)
