Happy Tuesday Afternoon!

NO rain yesterday, overnight, or thus far today. This afternoon as of 1 p.m., we have a current temperature of 76 degrees. The sun is out and it is an absolutely beautiful day to be outdoors. Possibly by afternoon we might make it into the low 80's. Either way, it's GORGEOUS!
