Happy Friday!
Hooray For The Weekend! NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 7:45 a.m., we have a current temperature of 57 degrees. The sun has not made its way out yet this morning, but we are expecting to see it later on today as we are expecting temperatures by afternoon to get into the lower 80's. We have received NO rain thus far today. Don't know about you...but we're ready for the weekend!
RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

Another dry, but luckily cool week in Bulcher!
TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time as the Red River Dirt Riders are preparing for their upcoming November 9th Enduro in these areas.) We still remain extremely dry as we have not received any rain in a while. Thus, dust is most definitely to be anticipated.
RED RIVER
No updates on the river at this time. But as usual, be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand in the creek that may lurk as you can sink your recreational vehicle if not careful. The only place where mud/quicksand will possibly be an issue is in the creek and NOT on trails.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level. The creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.
EVENTS

* BMW G450X Demo Rides - November 8, 2008. Bring your gear and come get dirty on the all new BMW G450X! Please note that this event will be open to all those individuals attending ENDURO weekend at RRMT, Inc.
* ENDURO - November 9, 2008.
* ATV CROSS COUNTRY - November 9, 2008.

WEEKEND
Just a reminder...RRMT, Inc. will be OPEN this upcoming weekend, Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12 with park operation hours each day of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. All Members, Guests, and Visitors Welcome This Weekend! Please note: RRMT, Inc. is now observing fall/winter park hours.
Furthermore, if you are lucky to have Columbus Day off, Monday October 13th and want to do some riding at RRMT, Inc.....You MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO DO SO as we are NOT OPEN ON COLUMBUS DAY. RIDING ON MONDAY (for members and their guests) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
