Happy Halloween!
NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 10:30 a.m., we have a current temperature of 66 degrees. The sun is out and we are only expecting to warm-up throughout the day...reaching upper 70's by afternoon. We have received NO rain thus far today. This upcoming weekend is going to be a great time to enjoy the outdoors so without further hesitation, we're ready to get the weekend started!
RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

Should come as no surprise...another very dry week in the Red River Valley.
TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods, the New Property, & Pete's Gate still remain closed at this time as the Red River Dirt Riders are preparing for their upcoming November 9th (NEXT WEEKEND!) Enduro in these areas.) Since we have been so dry and haven't had any measurable amount of precipitation in weeks, expect dusty conditions!
RED RIVER
No updates on the river at this time. But as usual, be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand in the creek that may lurk as you can sink your recreational vehicle if not careful. The only place where mud/quicksand will possibly be an issue is in the creek and NOT on trails.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level. The creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

So come see us...RRMT, Inc. will be OPEN this weekend...tomorrow, Saturday, November 1 and Sunday, November 2 with park operation hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. All Members, Guests, and Visitors Welcome This Weekend! Please note: RRMT, Inc. is now observing fall/winter park hours.
Don't forget that this weekend is MEMBER APPRECIATION WEEKEND...Members enjoy 1/2 Priced Admission on both Saturday and Sunday...$5.00 per member/per day.
Just a reminder...RRMT, Inc. will be closing after this weekend, on Monday, November 3 and will be closed thru Sunday, November 9 due to an ENDURO and ATV CROSS COUNTRY RACE. We will re-open the week of November 10 for member appointment only riding. Then we will be back open to the general public the next weekend...November 15 & 16.
