TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hello Weekend...Bulcher, Texas!
Yesterday turned out to be such a nice day that we were out and about at the park enjoying the nice weather...so we apologize that our blog went on vacation yesterday, but we're back this morning. Thus, yesterday was a perfect start to a fabulous weekend...NO rain. NO rain overnight either.
Currently this morning as of 8:45 a.m., we have clear, bright sunny skies already this morning and a temperature of 75 degrees. Riding should be excellent today and this weekend as we expect temperatures to top out at about 90 degrees by the afternoon. We have received NO rain thus far today. Without further hesitation....we're kicking off the weekend and here's your comprehensive weekend outlook report.
RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) We received approximately 2 inches of rain on Tuesday, but by now...that is long gone as our dry soil soaked it up fast. Nevertheless, for the most part our trails are dry and dust is to be expected.
RED RIVER
While the Red River is bank to bank in some areas, sandbars have now made their debuts. Since the river has receded, the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek is becoming non-existent...but regardless, still be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand that still lurks and can sink your bike if not careful. Getting stuck is always a possibility even when you least expect it.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level and the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River is non-existent. Thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.
It's the weekend and there is no better way to spend it than "Bulcher Style!" Here's hoping your summer vacations are off to an AWESOME start.

TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Greetings On This Thursday Morning!
NO rain yesterday or overnight. Currently this morning as of 9:45 a.m. we have cloudy, overcast skies and a temperature of 74 degrees. On the drive in this morning, there is a lot of haze in the sky. We are expecting that to burn off and the sun to come out later this afternoon as we expect temperatures to get into the high 80's, low 90's today. We have received NO rain thus far today.
Tomorrow is another Friday as we all get ready to kick off another weekend!

HOWDY!
After posting our blog yesterday, the weather seemed to clear off. The sun eventually came out and the afternoon turned out quite enjoyable. We received NO additional rain yesterday or overnight. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hope Everyone Had A Wonderful Memorial Day Holiday.
NO rain Sunday or yesterday (Monday). Nice weather throughout the weekend was enjoyed by all. Today, Tuesday; however, has been a different story. Thunderstorms rolled into the Red River Valley Area early this morning and are still lingering. We have a current temperature as of 12:50 p.m. of 70 degrees. We have received a little over 2 inches of rain this morning. It is currently not raining here, but we have cloudy overcast skies and it is just pretty much a dreary day here at RRMT, Inc.

Overnight a brief rain shower came through the Red River Valley area but it wasn’t even enough to measure in the rain gauge. Currently this late morning as of 11:55 a.m., we have a current temperature of 87 degrees. It is shaping up to be another hot and sunny day. We have received NO rain thus far today. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!
We're getting our Friday report out early this morning as many of you are probably kicking off your Memorial Day Weekend plans as early as this morning.
NO rain yesterday or overnight. Currently this morning as of 9:20 a.m., we have cloudy, overcast skies and on the drive in this morning, the skies are hazy particularly on the road between Muenster and Bulcher. It actually looks as though we might receive some rain, but until it falls from the sky, we're not betting on it. We have a current temperature in Bulcher of 78 degrees and it feels pretty humid outside at the moment. We have received NO rain thus far today. We are expecting a high of about 90 degrees later this afternoon. Without further hesitation, we're ready to kick off this weekend as well....

All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) Due to NO rain this week, our trails are very dry. Dust is most definitely to be anticipated.
RED RIVER
The Red River still remains bank to bank. As a result, be on the lookout for water that has been pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River. Particularly in the creek, you must be on the lookout for unexpected areas of quicksand that lurks in the creek...you need always be careful to avoid any quicksand because getting stuck is always a possibility!
CREEK
Riders will find that they can ride in the majority of the creek with no problems, but be especially careful when riding in the creek down towards the mouth of the river...quicksand lurks and getting stuck is a possibility and NO fun. But since riders can ride in the majority of the creek, thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.
Finally Memorial Day Weekend...what some may call the official start of summer. So get outdoors & enjoy some of the finest riding in Texas....RIDE RED RIVER! See you in Bulcher this weekend.

Wednesday...Half Way Thru This Week Already As Most of Us Can't Wait For The Upcoming Memorial Day Weekend....REST, RELAXATION, & RIDING RED RIVER!
NO rain yesterday or overnight. Currently this morning as of 9:50 a.m., we have partly cloudy skies; however, the sun is trying to make its way out thru the clouds. We have a current temperature of 68 degrees & it is shaping up to be a BEAUTIFUL day. There is a cool breeze and riding conditions couldn't be better. This weather is getting us all ready for the weekend that lay ahead. We have received NO rain thus far today.

Half Way Thru The Week On This Wednesday Morning...

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) A pleasant week at RRMT, Inc....much needed moisture was finally received, helping make for some great riding! As a result, our trails are for the most part, still dry since our soil soaked up the moisture, but nevertheless, watch out for that occasional mud puddle on trails in shaded areas. Dust is not too much of a problem now, but will be by the end of the weekend, with no additional precipitation.
RED RIVER
The Red River still remains bank to bank. As a result, be on the lookout for water that has been pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River. Particularly in the creek, you must be on the lookout for unexpected areas of quicksand that lurks in the creek...you need always be careful to avoid any quicksand because getting stuck is always a possibility!
CREEK
Riders will find that they can ride in the majority of the creek with no problems, but be especially careful when riding in the creek down towards the mouth of the river...quicksand lurks and getting stuck is a possibility and NO fun. But since riders can ride in the majority of the creek, thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

But since riders can ride in the majority of the creek, thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

Wednesday...Half Way Thru Another Week Already!
NO additional rain yesterday. Overnight, NO rain. This morning though, it has been misting rain on and off. Currently as of 10:55 a.m., all mist has ceased and it is cloudy and overcast with a current temperature of 67 degrees. We are expecting temperatures into the mid-70's today, but we'll just have to wait and see. Weather reports for our area are calling for additional rain late this evening/overnight, but we'll keep you posted if we receive any additional precipitation.
Last update for the evening (6:45 p.m.)...this afternoon, we received 3 tenths of rain. It turned out to be really windy this afternoon, but other than that, the sun came out this afternoon & it is turning out to be a really pleasant evening.

We are expecting a really nice and sunny day with temperatures reaching the upper 70's today. We have received NO rain thus far today. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Happy May!
Yesterday...a really nice, warm day, except for lots of wind. NO rain. Overnight, NO rain. Currently this morning as of 9:55 a.m., we have partly sunny skies and a temperature of 70 degrees. It is shaping up to be another extremely nice day. Expecting temperatures to get up into the lower 80's today. We have received NO rain thus far today.
Reminder....This weekend is MEMBER APPRECIATION WEEKEND on both Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4.
