Happy Thursday!
Well it seems like all the areas around us got moisture yesterday...but nope, not a single drop of rain in Bulcher yesterday or overnight unfortunately. Still very dry. As of 9:30 a.m. this morning we have a current temperature of 82 degrees. The sun is out and we are anticipating temperatures right at 100 by this afternoon. We have received NO rain thus far today.

Hola...It's Friday!
NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 7:20 a.m., we have a current temperature of 77 degrees. Unfortunately it won't stay that cool for long. We are expecting extremely hot temperatures today and throughout the weekend. We have received NO rain thus far today.

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) Extremely dry week....dust will most definitely be an issue out on the trails.
RED RIVER
The Red River continues to recede due to being dry. Since the river has receded, the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek is becoming non-existent as well...but regardless, still be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand in the creek that still lurk and can sink your recreational vehicle if not careful. The only place where mud/quicksand will possibly be an issue is in the creek and NOT on trails.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level and the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River is non-existent. Thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

Finally The Much Anticipated Weekend Is Upon Us!
NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 9:20 a.m., we have a current temperature of 82 degrees. It appears as though it is going to be another hot day with temperatures expected in the mid-90's today. The sun is out and it's warming up fast. We have received NO rain thus far today. With no further hesitation, we're ready to get this weekend started!

Expect dust. Also, no need to fret about any mud puddles out on any of the trails as they are non-existent.

Well believe it or not, late yesterday afternoon, the skies became blue and overcast and a little thunderstorm blew up....providing us with some much needed moisture...1 inch total of rain. While we received that precipitation late yesterday afternoon, no moisture was received overnight. This morning as of 8:45 a.m., we have a current temperature of 78 degrees. The sun has broken thru the clouds and we are expecting temperatures in the low 90's again today. We have received NO rain thus far today.

TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Good Saturday Morning!
Hope everyone's 4th of July holiday weekend has been fabulous thus far. Yesterday at RRMT, Inc. was a great day. For the most part we had sunny skies and warm temperatures. Toward the end of the afternoon, the skies did cloudy up and we got a much needed brief rain shower. It really wasn't enough to measure, but it came down just enough to help settle the dust and pack the soil. Cooling things off for a bit; however, it turned out humid after the rain shower as the sun came back out and heated things up again.
As for overnight, NO rain. This morning as of 6:55 a.m., we have a current temperature of 72 degrees. We are expecting temperatures in the mid-90's again today with plenty of sun. TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
If you didn't kick off your weekend yesterday, then today's the day! NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 6:50 a.m., we have a current temperature of 74 degrees. We are expecting temperatures in the mid-90's again today. We have received NO rain thus far today. With a phenomenal holiday weekend forecast ahead...let's get the weekend started!
RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) The second consecutive week of no moisture at RRMT, Inc. Thus, dust should definitely be expected. Furthermore, no need to worry about any mud puddles out on any of the trails as they are non-existent.
RED RIVER
The Red River continues to recede. Since the river has receded, the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek is becoming non-existent as well...but regardless, still be on the lookout for creeping amounts of quicksand in the creek that still lurk and can sink your recreational vehicle if not careful. The only place where mud/quicksand will possibly be an issue is in the creek and NOT on trails.
CREEK
Creek riding is not a problem as Mountain Creek is at a low level and the amount of water pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River is non-existent. Thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

This morning as of 10 a.m., we have a current temperature of 84 degrees. It is already warming up fast out there today. We are expecting temperatures in the mid-90's again today. It's July in Texas, that's for sure! We have received NO rain thus far today.
