TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Already Monday...
Yesterday morning on and off, it just keep sprinkling rain. Really didn't amount to anymore than we had already received, just enough to make things sloppy in the a.m. Finally the sun came out by afternoon & it stopped raining. It ended up being a decent day with cooler temperatures at least. NO rain overnight. This morning as of 9:25 a.m., we have a current temperature of 74 degrees. We have sunny skies & we're anticipating highs today to be in the low 90's. We have received NO rain thus far today.

I RIDE BULCHER, TEXAS CAMPAIGN

Do you like bragging about your favorite riding spot? We do & you should too! As of 6/6/09, we kick off our iRide Bulcher, Texas campaign! We're proud of this place we call home...Bulcher, Texas & hope you are too. You can obtain these great NEW stickers FREE at our park office. A great addition to the vehicle or trailer!
Some people might be asking themselves, why do you go by Bulcher? I don't see a town there now. (In your spare time, if you do some research online you will actually find that data shows Bulcher as a Texas Ghost Town with a population of 6) Why don't you just go by Muenster? Well first of all to get technical here...Muenster is 15 miles away. Many of you don't realize that there are actually closer towns/communities to the park rather than Muenster...Saint Jo is only 10 miles and other communities of Capps Corner & Illinois Bend are even closer. So if that is the case, why don't people call our location Saint Jo, Capps Corner, or Illinois Bend? A true & astonishing fact is that the Taovayas Indian Bridge/Oklahoma is actually closer to us than Muenster. It is only 6.6 miles up the road from our park entrance gate to the Oklahoma state line via the Highway. (If you swim across the river, it's even closer!) Our community of Bulcher has a proud and rich history that we are proud to share with our customers. Another installment of the iRide Bulcher campaign that people can look forward to will be the launch of our new website... coming soon. On our new website we will have a great detail of history regarding this wonderful place we call RRMT, Inc. in Bulcher, Texas.
Until then...get your FREE iRide Bulcher stickers & tell the world where you ride!

NEW MEMBER RESTROOM/SHOWER COMPLEX DEFACED ON 3/16/09
It is with great unfortunately that we have to make this post, but all of the members of RRMT, Inc. need to know what occurred the afternoon of Mon. March 16th. Thanks to a RRMT, Inc.'s member’s son & his 2 guests...on their visit Monday, our brand new member restroom/shower complex was defaced. After RRMT, Inc. Staff discovered the mess in the men's restroom, then our staff started going around the park piecing together what occurred and who on the property yesterday was responsibility for this great injustice to our new amenity. First these individuals smeared blue gel on the walls. We spent hours Monday evening and late Monday night trying to clean the walls off only to find that this blue gel has now stained the walls & will not come off completely. Furthermore, then another member witnessed these three individuals purposely throwing their dirty clothes up against the walls & then ceiling in the restroom! When the other (witness) member told them to stop, they did not.
We want to let everyone know that these "vandals" have been caught. This member & his son & his two guests are now an EX-MEMBER and EX-GUESTS who will never be allowed back on our property, not even as visitors....BARRED FROM THE PARK FOREVER! Furthermore, members can be rest assured that RRMT, Inc. will be pursuing further action against these individuals just beyond barring them from the park. This is a serious incident...RRMT, Inc. will NOT tolerate this & we know all other members who's dues helped pay for this nice facility will agree and do NOT want these type of members tearing up the brand new facility that many of you have waited for, for too long! Additionally, this facility is brand new...it has only been open since the weekend of March 7 & 8, and for something like this to occur, is uncalled for, stupid, and just senseless!
In the future, we advise members to please refer to their new membership and/or renewal packets for 2009...we sent information in your packets regarding this new facility and it will take member's help to be sure it is monitored. Our members are our eyes and ears in this new facility when we cannot be everyone all the time. We have been conducting periodic checks in this facility and will continue to do so; however, we need your help. If members ever see something unusual or not appropriate going on in this new facility, it needs to be reported immediately to our park office. Don't let others mess this up for everyone!! Because if not, and members & or their guests continue to destroy this facility, what will happen then is that it will take more members dues to continue to keep this facility running and then that ultimatley means that is less we can spend on other new park projects...and we know that is not what everyone wants and not what we want either...we want to be able to provide more and new improvements to the park, but it is with member's help that they be taken care of.
Below are some pictures for the RRMT, Inc. Community to take in & view so you may see what three of your now EX-MEMBERS's EX-GUESTS did yesterday to our new restroom/shower facility.
* Here's various pictures of the blue gel that was spread all over the walls in the men's restrooms. It was smeared literally everywhere in the men's restrooms...in the showers, in the restroom part, you name it, they smeared it everywhere.

Here's a picture even showing that this stuff was smeared under the hand dryers...this stuff was everywhere on the walls in the men's section of our new complex.

What was interesting about this incident is that the people that did it...left the evidence of what was used to deface the walls all strung out on the shower & restroom floors...

Here's some snapshots from the walls & ceiling where these individuals decided that they would purposely take their wet, muddy clothes & rub them up and down on the walls & then sling them up against the ceilings...

We hope after looking at these photos...this makes you mad, angry, disgusted & frustrated enough to make you join us in the cause to help us be sure that something like this never happens again not only with this complex (member shower/restroom), but with other new amenities in the future that we will be providing to members. Furthermore, by helping us in this cause, RRMT, Inc. will be able to weed out people who truly do not belong in our member program & don't deserve to enjoy nice, new amenities such as this and those to come.
* Additionally, this incident also serves as a lesson for all members and something everyone can reflect on going forward...MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS! In this case, the actual member did not do this; however, the member's son (which was his guest) and then 2 other guests committed this injustice to our facility. But that member when entering our park immediately became responsible for those guests. In the future, members want to keep in mind who they bring as guests because at the end of the day, if they come in with you & claim to be your guests on your account, you are going to be responsible for them!*

Still Not Convinced A 2009 Membership Is For You?
*********Still not convinced that you want to renew your existing membership (current 2008 member) or purchase a new membership (non-member)...then wait! You'll have to wait until July 1, 2009 for the 2009 memberships to become pro-rated again, but if that fits your riding needs and budget...that's great. Please note that if you are existing member and don't renew before you ride for the 1st time in 2009 or by January 15, 2009...then your member benefits/account become inactive until you renew again.*********

TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Good Sunday Morning...
Late yesterday evening/night, a storm with rain rolled thru the Red River Valley. We received 1 inch & three quarters of rain here overnight. This morning as of 8:30 a.m., we have a current temperature of 73 degrees. It is shaping up to be a cooler day (temperature-wise today, thankfully)...only low to mid 80's expected for highs today. There is a light mist of rain currently falling this morning. While it is cloudy this morning, the skies are light colored, so it looks as though the misting rain may be soon coming to a stop & clearing out of here, but we'll have to wait and see.
It's the last day of the holiday weekend, don't let it pass you by without getting some riding in.
Reminders For Those Coming Out To Bulcher Today For Some Riding At RRMT, Inc.:
* With the moisture from overnight, expect wet conditions today.
* All trails are OPEN
* Crossing Mountain Creek is possible, but we advise everyone to be extremely careful, due to lurking quicksand, especially the further you get down Mountain Creek toward the Red River.
* Please note that if you get stuck, RRMT, Inc. is under no obligation to tow you out!
* Just because a trail was there on your last ride...don't expect it to be there on your next ride.

TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Happy Friday!

NO rain yesterday or overnight. This morning as of 10 a.m., we have a current temperature of 90 degrees. It is bright and sunny out this morning and getting hot fast. Upper 90's expected & we may very easily hit the 100 degree mark, which wouldn't surprise anyone here. We have received NO rain thus far today. If you haven't already kicked off the weekend yet, what are you waiting for? Time for our usual Friday comprehensive report, just in time for the holiday weekend.
RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:
*Sunday night & Monday - 1 inch & a half of rain
*Monday overnight-- NO RAIN
* Tuesday-- NO RAIN
overnight—NO RAIN
* Wednesday--NO RAIN
overnight—NO RAIN
* Thursday-- NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Friday-- NO RAIN as of 10 a.m.
* Other than the rain at the first part of the week, it's been dry. The moisture from earlier in the week is long gone by now.
TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN...on both the North (Bill's Woods) & East (Pete's Gate) sides of the park. Mountain Creek is back to its normal level, except down toward the mouth of the Red River where we advise riders to use caution. No problem crossing Mountain Creek at this time. All trails are dry & dust is to be expected. Due to heavy rains back in April, just because a trail was there on your last ride...don't expect it to be there on your next ride. Water has really changed a lot of our trail system, so we advise everyone to use extreme caution even when riding on trails that you were once familiar.
RED RIVER
With all this hot weather, the Red River is receding fast. There still remains some lurking murky water being pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek from the river, preventing riders from riding all the way down Mountain Creek to the River.
CREEK
While riding in Mountain Creek is possible and crossing the creek is also possible...please use caution when in the creek, especially further down the creek toward the river. It is very possible to sink your recreational vehicle in the creek due to quicksand if not careful. Riding in the creek is at your own risk. Please note that if you get stuck, RRMT, Inc. is under no obligation to tow you out!

TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS
Excited It's Finally Friday...
NO rain yesterday or overnight. This afternoon as of 1:30 p.m., we have a current temperature of 89 degrees; however, it feels a lot warmer than 89 degrees. Well on our way to another hot afternoon...low to mid 90's expected for highs today. We have received NO rain thus far today. The weekend at last....
RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:
*Monday-- NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Tuesday-- NO RAIN
overnight—NO RAIN
* Wednesday--NO RAIN
overnight—NO RAIN
* Thursday-- NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Friday-- NO RAIN as of 1:30 p.m.
* NO rain this week...really dry here.
RED RIVER
Red River continues to recede more and more with each passing dry, hot, week, but still remains higher than usual at this time...still bank to bank. NO sandbar. As a result of the higher level of the river, a lot of water from the river has been pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek, preventing riders from riding all the way down Mountain Creek to the River.

Everyone must clean up from their own fireworks. Furthermore, please note that fireworks will only be allowed as long as there is NO burn ban in effect at that time.
Cheers...

Reminders For Weekend Riding At RRMT, Inc.:
* All trails are OPEN
* The Red River is high, bank to bank, with no sandbar.
* Crossing Mountain Creek is possible, but we advise everyone to be extremely careful, due to lurking quicksand, especially the further you get down Mountain Creek toward the Red River.
* Just because a trail was there on your last ride...don't expect it to be there on your next ride.
* The further and further down Mountain Creek, you will see that the water level in Mountain Creek is even higher due to backed up water from the mouth of the Red River.
* Riding in the creek is at your own risk.
* Please note that if you get stuck, RRMT, Inc. is under no obligation to tow you out!
