RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

*Monday--NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Tuesday--NO RAIN
overnight--NO RAIN
* Wednesday--NO RAIN
overnight--NO RAIN
* Thursday-- NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Friday-- NO RAIN as of 6:20 a.m.

Here's your usual comprehensive Friday report on detailed park conditions....

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN both on the North and East sides of the facility. Per our rain gauge report...we have received NO rain this week. The last precipitation we received was last week and it was only 1 inch and 3 tenths. So needless to say, it is pretty dry up in our area. Riding conditions are currently good, but dust can be anticipated. Also, as a result of our dry conditions, we do not anticipate riders seeing any puddles or mud out on the actual trails.

RED RIVER
The Red River is bank to bank in some places, but then very narrow in other places, which has allowed the water to be split which has created various sandbars. The amount of water that the river has pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek (where it joins the Red River) has now pretty much receded, and at this time, really minimal and of no concern. However, it is still advised that you be careful to avoid any quicksand because getting stuck is always a possibility.

CREEK
The amount of water being pushed up into Mountain Creek is minimal at this time. It is advised that you be on the lookout for mud to avoid getting stuck, but really no problems there at the mouth of the creek are to be anticipated. Riders will find that they can ride in the creek the entire way to the river currently. Similarly, since riders can ride in the creek the entire way to the river, thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

In summary, our current park conditions are really good. Sunny skies coupled with the awesome temperatures we have been having this week...has just been unbelievable for December & the holidays. So if your family and friends don't have a holiday tradition started this year...now's the time...a holiday spent at RRMT, Inc. is like no other...something you'll always look forward to year after year and something that you'll never forget and always cherish even when you grow older. So from our home to yours, Happy Holidays & We look forward to making many of your holidays bright!

Final update for the evening as of 7:45 p.m....very nice day at the park today...sunny skies, great temperatures, and NO rain.

Happy Trails,
