TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS

Hola!

Yesterday...just as a recap...between the time we posted our blog for the day and the time we opened at 8 a.m., we received some minimal rain showers. In fact, it was more like sprinkles of rain and drizzle. It was not enough to measure, but instead just enough to wet the ground and settle the dust thankfully. So for all of you that have been calling our park office, asking if it is flooding up here...not even close! Apparently other areas such as the DFW metroplex got more rain...but not us.

NO rain overnight. This morning as of 5:10 a.m., we have a current temperature of 39 degrees...much colder this morning! We plan to hopefully see the sun again today, but not sure how much. They are calling for some showers again today, but we'll just have to wait and see. If we get anything like we did yesterday...it actually could help riding conditions, making traction perfect & preventing everyone from having to eat dust. We are expecting upper 50's for highs today. We have received NO rain thus far this morning.

In observation of the Thanksgiving holiday, we will be OPEN today, Saturday, Nov. 29 as well as tomorrow, Sunday, Nov. 30. We will have park hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. both today and Sunday. All Members, Guests, and Visitors Welcome This Weekend! Please note: RRMT, Inc. is now observing fall/winter park hours.
