TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS

Rain, Rain, and More Rain...Happy Easter!

We received 1 inch & a quarter of rain overnight & thus far this morning. However, as of 8:15 a.m., it is still raining, so we will have to keep you posted on how much rain we receive in total. While the rain probably ruins most of everyone's day (for outdoor activities)...it is so greatly needed here, where fire danger & drought conditions have been evident. This morning our current temperature is 53 degrees. It is cloudy and overcast at the current moment and despite the rain, we're anticipating temperatures in the upper 60's by afternoon. If you're looking for lots of mud to play in today due to the rain, Bulcher is the place. Otherwise, you may want to stay in where it is "dry" to celebrate Easter.

Please note that the BURN BAN is now back in effect for Cooke County and thus at RRMT, Inc. NO OPEN PIT FIRES ALLOWED.

Despite the weather, RRMT, Inc. is OPEN today, Sunday April 12 with park operation hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All Members, Guests, and Visitors Welcome Today! Please note: RRMT, Inc. is now observing spring/summer park hours.

On the other hand, RRMT, Inc. will NOT be OPEN to the general public tomorrow, Monday, April 13th (Some schools, etc. consider as..."Easter Monday"). The only way to obtain access for riding/camping this day is to be a member & make an appointment for this day.

Wishing Everyone A Blessed Day...
