Howdy...

NO rain overnight. This morning as of 9 a.m., we have a current temperature of 52 degrees while we're enjoying bright sunny skies. We are anticipating an extraordinary February day...upper 60's today...and who knows, we might even reach that 70 degree mark. Regardless, it's gonna be one GORGEOUS DAY! We have received NO rain thus far today.
