TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS

Good Friday Evening....Officially The Weekend!

Since our last blog was on Wednesday, we have a lot to catch you up on....

Wednesday night, we received 2 tenths of rain and haven't received any rain since then as of this posting. We have enjoyed really nice weather (sunny skies) and great temperatures the past couple of days. And we are expecting really nice weather for the upcoming weekend.

As a reminder....we will only be OPEN tomorrow, Saturday, April 26 for DAY (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) RIDING only. This weekend only....NO Saturday Overnight Camping & we will be CLOSED Sunday, April 27. NO Sunday Appointments Accepted!

So with only being open one day this weekend, tomorrow, SATURDAY....take advantage of the nice weather and get on out to Bulcher and start the weekend off right!

With that, we will leave you with our usual Friday comprehensive report:

RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

*Monday--NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Tuesday-- NO RAIN
overnight--NO RAIN
* Wednesday--NO RAIN
overnight--2 Tenths of Rain
* Thursday-- NO RAIN
* Friday-- NO RAIN as of 8:35 p.m.

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) For the most part, another dry week at RRMT, Inc. As a result, our trails are dry and dust should be anticipated.

RED RIVER
Same 'ole story, just another day...the Red River still remains bank to bank. As a result, be on the lookout for water that has been pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River. Particularly in the creek, you must be on the lookout for unexpected areas of quicksand that lurks in the creek...you need always be careful to avoid any quicksand because getting stuck is always a possibility.

CREEK
Riders will find that they can ride in the majority of the creek with no problems, but be especially careful when riding in the creek down towards the mouth of the river...quicksand lurks and getting stuck is a possibility and NO fun. But since riders can ride in the majority of the creek, thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

With great weather expected for tomorrow & pleasant current riding conditions...See you tomorrow in Bulcher!

Happy Trails,
RRMT, Inc. Staff
