Greetings On This Tuesday!

NO rain yesterday or overnight. For a cool start yesterday morning, yesterday turned out to be a really nice day. Currently this morning as of 7:25 a.m., we have clear, sunny skies and a temperature of 48 degrees (another cool start to the morning much like yesterday), but nevertheless, we are expecting a GORGEOUS day with temperatures getting up to 80 degrees today. We have received NO rain thus far today.
