TRAIL/WEATHER CONDITIONS

Happy Friday! Finally The Weekend...

Ohhhhhh....What A View!

Yesterday a beautiful day...sunny and NO rain. Overnight, NO rain. Currently this afternoon as of 12:15 p.m., we have bright sunny skies and temperatures right at 60 degrees. There is some wind, but luckily not as windy as yesterday. We have received NO rain thus far today. It's the start of a GORGEOUS weekend....

RRMT, INC.'S RAIN GAUGE RECAP
Just as a recap, leading up to today, here are this week's rainfall totals that we pulled off each of our daily blogs from the week:

*Monday--NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Tuesday-- NO RAIN
overnight--NO RAIN
* Wednesday--NO RAIN
overnight--1 Inch of Rain
* Thursday-- NO RAIN
overnight-- NO RAIN
* Friday-- NO RAIN as of 12:15 p.m.

Here's your usual comprehensive Friday report on detailed park conditions...

TRAILS
All of our trails are OPEN on both the North and East sides of the facility. (Except Bill's Woods & the New Property still remain closed at this time.) For the most part, another dry week at RRMT, Inc. except for the inch of rain we received Wednesday night. As a result, our trails are dry. The inch of rain received earlier in the week is long gone by now...dust can be anticipated.

RED RIVER
The Red River still remains bank to bank. As a result, be on the lookout for water that has been pushed up into the mouth of Mountain Creek where it meets the Red River. Particularly in the creek, you must be on the lookout for unexpected areas of quicksand that lurks in the creek...you need always be careful to avoid any quicksand because getting stuck is always a possibility.

CREEK
Riders will find that they can ride in the majority of the creek with no problems, but be especially careful when riding in the creek down towards the mouth of the river...quicksand lurks and getting stuck is a possibility and NO fun. But since riders can ride in the majority of the creek, thus the creek is crossable in a number of areas so riders may easily access the trails on both the North and East sides of the facility.

Today is just the start of an AWESOME UPCOMING WEEKEND! With sunny skies, great temperatures, and NO rain forecasted for the next couple of days, the WEEKEND looks PICTURE PERFECT! Get away from it all.....DESTINATION: Bulcher, Texas!

We are OPEN this weekend, both tomorrow, Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13 with hours of operation each day of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All Members, Guests, and Visitors Welcome This Weekend!

Happy Trails,
